PAVO Clinic Handouts

Dear MBVO/PAVO Clinic Participants.

The “Going Green” concept is not new to most of us and as it relates to NCAA/PAVO Clinics. “Going green” means the optional implementation of a more paperless environment for clinic participants. This concept is one that is jointly supported by the PAVO Board of Directors, the National Coordinator of Officials, and the Secretary-Rules Editor. As such, as a 2019 registrant for the Lansing, MI, we have decided to offer you a “go green” option for receiving your clinic materials. Quite simply, this means you will receive a PDF version of the clinic handout document as an email attachment from the clinic host, MBVO. As you consider your decision to “go green,” please keep in mind the following important notes:

  • Clinic materials you receive via email from the host, are copyrighted. Clinic materials cannot be redistributed, reproduced, or otherwise used by unauthorized parties. Once the PDF has been distributed to you, it is your choice to print the document or not - there will be no hard copy available for you at the clinic site.

  • Recipients of the PDF version of clinic materials may find note-taking to be difficult or impractical if viewed only on an electronic device.

  • There is absolutely no guarantee that an electrical power source will be available to clinic attendees who choose the “go green” option.

  • Those clinic attendees who opt to “go green” are discouraged from utilizing their electronic device for any other activity or use (i.e., social media, email, browsing the Internet, etc.) during the clinic presentation.

YOU MUST PRINT OUT THE EVALUATION FORM AND BRING WITH YOU TO HAND IN.
